I've received NMBA accreditation as a Mortgage Banker, and after extensive training and a series of exams, I was awarded the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member, an honor shared by only 3,500 others worldwide.
I service sellers and buyers in 10 counties of Northern California, prospecting for opportunities ranging from Single-family homes, townhouses, and multi-family homes to shopping malls. As a trusted adviser, I gain a thorough understanding of their vision, needs, and risk thresholds. I then work to establish financing that best fits their profile. Through my network of contractors, I deliver a final product that converts our client's vision to reality on time, on budget, and to specification, and manage it efficiently for them if requested.
Luxury home buyers demand the same level of quality service. I work with them to define their dream homes, share local market information, and build a common vision. We’ll walk through several candidate homes and make an offer on “the one”. I assist in negotiations and work to optimize their buying experience. When representing the seller in this market, I provide market analysis, pricing, staging, marketing, and sales services at a consistent level of service.
